Beef
New Category
Beef is good for a year in the freezer, if stored properly. Vacuum packing is available and will last for longer in the freezer.
When you purchase a 1/2 or full animal, the cutting instructions are totally custom to you. You are able to get the beef cut into anything you would like. Our butcher will guide you and provide feedback on their suggestions for best options within each area of the animal.
1/4 Animal - 3 boxes 12x12x24
1/2 Animal - 6 boxes 12x12x24
Full animal - 12 boxes 12x12x24
*All depends on the weight of the animal, these are averages.
Beef can be purchased for indivial cuts by filling out our order form on google forms or by by phone (905) 953 - 6628 for bulk orders. A deposit of $250 is required for Bulk orders.
Depending on time of year, there may be a wait list for beef. If you are interested, it is best to get in contact with us and let us know so that we can put you on the list. This will allow us to properly gage demand and butcher dates.
Payment can be made by Cheque, E-Transfer or Cash.

Barn: 2026 11th Line Bradford (Sharing the same property as Gwillimdale Farms)
We will pick up from the butcher and bring it back to our farm, where we have a large freezer room to store the meat. We ask that beef is picked up promptly and encourage people to pick up the same day as we bring it home if possible. We will contact you when it is ready for pick up.
